BREECHING AND MODULAR SYSTEMS

With a 2" blanket of ceramic wool and 1" pocket of air separating it's corrosion-resistant dual walls, the U.L. tested Model RE offers unique advantages over competitive systems. Outer wall temperatures are held to within 25 degree F of ambient, helping to create a comfortable building atmosphere. The Model RE is space saving, too. It requires only 5" clearance from combustible surfaces and may be flush mounted to non-combustible materials.

The unique air and ceramic wool insulation gives a big boost to efficiency, too, because exhaust gas temperature drop is held to just 1 degree F per 100 feet.
Both the 304 stainless steel inner wall and 20 gauge galvanized steel outer wall are seam welded, and the sections are banded together to create a positive pressure system. Components such as elbows and tees are custom cut by computer for perfect fit.If your application calls for economical venting of a generator, commercial boilers, or similar gas producer Stacks Environmental, will size and engineer a leak-proof Model RE system to handle your exhaust from source to exit. And provide design drawings for you to review. 
Your system's 4-foot long sections, which may have Ids from 6" through 48", will require only a wrench and sealant for fast on-site assembly. With proper support, the stack may rise to any height. The sections can also be factory assembled, if desired.
